✔ What You Can Upload

• Logo files (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF)
• Family names or text layouts
• Custom design requests
• Reference images for engraving
• Special instructions for personalization

✔ File Requirements

• High-resolution files recommended (300 DPI preferred)
• Black-and-white or clear contrast files work best for engraving
• SVG or vector files give the highest-quality results
• If uploading a photo or logo, make sure the edges are crisp and not blurry

✔ After Uploading

• We review every file for engraving clarity
• If any adjustments are needed, we’ll message you with a proof
• Your order will not be created until the design is approved (if a proof is requested)
